Joining us as a Senior IT Project Manager, you will work closely with teams of developers, BA and PM’s. You will become part of a team of professionals who care about development, value partnerships and a great working atmosphere. We are looking for people with highly developed IT project management skills, who demonstrate responsibility and independence in their daily work, and who are focused on building positive relationships with the client and the project team.

Your daily duties:

  • Providing achievements of established goals for assigned IT projects
  • Taking care of the entire project lifecycle
  • Working with project metrics and proposing process improvements related to project management and project teams
  • Monitoring and analyzing the project budget, reporting on work progress
  • Responsibility for communication with both team members and clients
  • Resolving and escalating issues that may appear
  • Performing Appraisal assessments for project team members
  • Organizing and conducting 1on1 meetings and providing feedback to project team members
  • Identifying risks and areas for improvement on projects
  • Nurturing good relationships within the team and taking measures for better communication
  • Supporting other PMs in the implementation of their projects

Our expectations:

  • At least 4 years of experience in IT project management
  • Understanding of software development processes
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban)
  • IT knowledge to communicate and collaborate freely with the development team and the client
  • Experience in working with both Time & Material and Fixed Price projects
  • Working with project metrics and proposing improvements in processes related to project management and project teams
  • Skilfully managing your time and organizing your own work
  • Conducting meetings both online and offline
  • Managing distributed teams is not a big deal for you
  • Applying requirements gathering techniques in practice
  • Being development-oriented
  • Well-developed communication skills
  • English at a minimum C1 level

How does the recruitment process look like?

Short phone call
The conversation lasts about 20 minutes. We check your expectations and level of English, and we talk about your technology experience.
Technical interview
It’s important for us to learn about your way of thinking and problem-solving skills. For this reason, we organize a technical meeting with our developers, who verify your knowledge during an hour-long conversation.
Final meeting
We invite you to meet our CEOs, who want to get to know you better and talk about your experience, vision for your development path, and possibilities for cooperation. The meeting usually lasts about 30 minutes.
Final decision
