Your daily tasks:

  • Taking care of the office space in all aspects
  • Taking care of company orders (catering, office equipment, daily fruit delivery, etc.)
  • Coordination of office events and co-organization of company-wide events
  • Cooperation with service providers, e.g., language school, courier, cleaning company, etc.
  • Issuing, recording and care and maintenance of office equipment and devices
  • Support in HR and onboarding topics (documentation, cooperation with an external HR company, occupational health and safety, occupational medicine)
  • Support for other departments in terms of administrative and organizational activities
  • Inbound and intro service
  • Taking care of the efficient circulation of documents in the organization
  • Taking care and benefit management (Multisport, Luxmed, group insurance)
  • Support in establishing relationships from company life on social media 🙂

Our expectations:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Resistance to stressful situations and the ability to work under time pressure
  • Availability on a full-time basis (Mon-Fri) between 9.00-17.00
  • Ready to take up a stationary job in our office in Wrocław
  • Higher education
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • A proactive and responsible approach to the duties performed
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Very good organization of your own work – the ability to independently set priorities
  • Knowledge of English at least at B1/B2 level
  • Focus on self development

How does the recruitment process look like?

Short phone call
The conversation lasts about 20 minutes. We check your expectations and level of English, and we talk about your technology experience.
Technical interview
It’s important for us to learn about your way of thinking and problem-solving skills. For this reason, we organize a technical meeting with our developers, who verify your knowledge during an hour-long conversation.
Final meeting
We invite you to meet our CEOs, who want to get to know you better and talk about your experience, vision for your development path, and possibilities for cooperation. The meeting usually lasts about 30 minutes.
Final decision
That's it! Whatever our decision is, you’ll get feedback from us. However, we cross our fingers and hope to welcome you on board!
