Your daily duties:

Implementing new backend functionalities in web applications
Collaborate with the development team, tester, Project Manager and BA
Adhering to and upholding good programming practices
Developing technical and project documentation
Active participation on a daily basis with the team and clients from Poland and abroad
Cyclical participation in project valuations – support of business activities
Searching for modern technical and business solutions related to the conducted projects
Participation in product workshops.

SOLID in practice

Knowledge of microservices

Basic knowledge

Non-relational databases (np. MongoDB)
Brokering the news (np. RabbitMQ)
Redis
CI/CD

4 years of commercial experience in developing backend web applications using Node.js
Ability to cooperate in a team, open to suggestions and knowledge sharing
Knowledge of English at the level to read documentation and communicate with foreign customers (B2 level)
Willingness to develop and learn new technologies and ability to deal with project difficulties and challenges
Experience working in an Agile environment

Nice-to-haves:

Knowledge of PHP and frameworks such as Symfony and Laravel
Elasticsearch
Kubernetes
CQRS
Knowledge of the German language

The conversation lasts about 20 minutes. We check your expectations and level of English, and we talk about your technology experience.

Technical interview

It’s important for us to learn about your way of thinking and problem-solving skills. For this reason, we organize a technical meeting with our developers, who verify your knowledge during an hour-long conversation.

Final meeting

We invite you to meet our CEOs, who want to get to know you better and talk about your experience, vision for your development path, and possibilities for cooperation. The meeting usually lasts about 30 minutes.
